In this episode from the “New England Cuisine” series of “Savor the Regions” from June 19, 1999, Nutritional Chef Kelly Patrick prepares pasta dishes. Chef Patrick puts a healthy twist on this Italian favorite. She first prepares Seafood Lasagna with a Garden Vegetable Marinara. Next, she visits the Four Seasons Hotel in Boston, Massachusetts, where Guest Chef Edward Gannon demonstrates how he prepares New England Lobster Thai Pasta.
